Your Polish host, Aneta Staciwa will share her secret recipes and show you how to make the perfect pasta then it's over to you to make the dough and roll your own pasta. Then take your seats and eat your pasta with suggested homemade sauces. There are so many varieties of pasta to explore: starting with Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Garganelli, Rigatoni, and more...with amazing sauces like Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, or Alfredo. This class will be followed by a level up- stuffed pasta class like Ravioli and Tortellini.
