2nd Vietnamese supper club

Melanie & Simon Fielder with their daughter Leanne opened up their stunning new home to a group of 14 strangers at last night's Vietnamese Supper Club in the heart of Grampound. Melanie and Leanne cooked 5 flavourpacked courses of Vietnamese Food for us. After waiting 5 years for Melanie to agree to do another night it was definitely worth the wait. Another lovely evening enjoyed by all, so thank you so much.

- Prawn Summer Rolls with dipping sauce

- Bun Cha Pork Bowls

- Salmon with Ginger Caramel and steamed rice

- Coconut Chicken Curry with thick noodles

- Che Chuoi Chung

Tapioca pudding with mango, coconut and black pearls.

I am really looking forward to collaborating more this wonderful family team next year, watch this space for another Host a Roast and a different cuisine for another Supper Club.
