American Pop Up Night at Grounded, Truro

Thank you to Melissa, John and Strahan of Good, Truro for inviting us to hold our first American pop up evening in your cafe. The food was incredible from start to finish.
We were treated to a feast and a half which included a Root Beer on arrival with a cup of popcorn.
Followed by Starters - A traditional American Sharing Platter consisting of:
Buffalo Wings, Loaded Potato Skins, Onion Rings, BBQ Ribs, Chilli Nachos, Corn Bread Rolls,

Followed by
Wisconsin Beer and Cheese Soup

Followed by a buffet style
Philly Cheese-steak
Southern Fried Chicken
Pulled Pork Sliders with Hot Fanny Sauce.
Louisiana Cajun Jambalaya
Mac and Cheese
All served with a selection of Sides

Followed by
Desserts
Banana Splits or an Apple Pie and Ice Cream (chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough or caramel) with a choice of 4 different sauces and sprinkles and cream.

And finally to End
Coffee and Congo Caper Squares (blonde brownies).

Everyone left very satisfied and well fed and we all enjoyed the evening.
