pudding and paint potluck

I'd like to say a Huge thank you to Sarah Caton, owner of Bochym Manor for allowing us to use your home this afternoon for a pudding and paint session, I know that the guests really enjoyed the grand tour and to be told about the history of the manor.
I loved being welcomed in to the manor by the very loud but magnificent peacocks.

Secondly another big thanks goes to illustrator Melanie Chadwick for running a wonderful sketching session. I loved the pictionary start off round and I found your mini watercolour pallette boxes idyllic and the watercolour tool fascinating, I'm definitely buying one of those clever water brushes. It was incredible to see the art around the room, everyone, even the ones that had doubts in the beginning produced some incredible pieces (that you could imagine being included inside recipe books).

Thank you to the 19 foodies that joined us and for each making a huge effort in bringing a homemade pudding. We had an array of delicious treats.
