Burns Night in the old mill
Thank you to Heather, Darren, Jack, Steve and Eavan of Nancarrow Farm for allowing us to host such a wonderful evening in the Old Mill for our very first Burns Night. I think we can all say it was a very enjoyable evening.
I have a few more thank you's, firstly to the young talented bagpiper Brandon Tuffery for coming along and playing for us and piping in the haggis, you were exceptional thank you Brandon Tuffery.
Secondly to Peter Mewton for doing the Selkirk Grace and entertaining us all with your poetry and getting others involved.
Thirdly to Gary Thomson for addressing the Haggis and doing a phenomenal poem.
Forth and foremost to all my guests that dined with us this evening. Thank you for traveling far and wide to join us and for all your love and encouragement. It really does mean a lot to me. It was really lovely seeing familiar friends and meeting new faces.
Thank you also to photographer Ross Talling for the better professional photos taken on the night.
