1st Vietnamese supper club

Superb evening at Grounded Cafe. Thank you so very much Melanie and Becky for creating such amazing Vietnamese food. Each dish was divine. I was in such foodie heaven. Thank you. So talented.

I asked Melanie ages ago that we lack different Asian food in Cornwall and if she would be up for the challenge of doing a Vietnamese night for us (because I have to go all the way to London for a good dose of this stuff). Melanie is always up for a challenge and wowzers did Melanie over excel. The food was exceptional. I had comments that this was one of the best evenings they had been to.

FYI Melanie has never ever cooked Vietnamese food before, last night was a first for her. This woman is very very talented. I can not wait for our Polish evening together in October now.

Thank you also to those that joined us last night. It is always lovey to hear good chatter and laughter in the air. It's a sign for me that I am doing something right.
