Feast of Fish Potluck, Demo, Masterclass evening

Thank you to John and Vanessa Strike for a fantastic evening of crab dressing, scallop cleaning and fish filleting of gurnard, cod, whiting, monk fish, Dover sole, lemon sole and plaice.

Thank you also to Peter and Jos for allowing us to use your wonderful Roselidden long barn again.

All the seafood was from Seabourne Fish in Penryn.

Thank you to all our guests for the amazing array of Potluck desserts.
