Last night we had an incredible evening at E S P R E S S I N I. This was the start of many Pop-Up Dinners together.
30 strangers were welcomed to a Strawberry Granita Fizz on arrival, followed by 3 courses of seasonal produce cooked by the talented Chef Paul Odgers.
The menu options were:
Starters:
- Crispy Ham Hock
Minted Pea Puree, Pickled Shallots, Dressed Peashoots
- Vegan Arancini
Romesco Sauce, Basil Oil
Mains
-Roasted Pork Belly
Mini Fondant Potatoes, Celeriac Puree, Root Veg, Cider, and Apple Jus
- Garam Masala Roasted Cauliflower Steak
Coconut and Saffron Curry, Kale, Pomegranate Seeds (VG)
Dessert
- Coffee
Mascarpone, Chocolate, sponge
- Vegan Custard Tart
Orange Gel, Poached Rhubarb
