42nd chat and eat night @ casa tapa falmouth

On Wednesday night we experienced and I quote from one of my members that has been coming along from the very beginning

"The best food I've ever eaten at one of your events" at Casa Tapa in Falmouth.

Each dish was a delightful testament to Chef/ Owner Fraser Hill's culinary expertise, with fresh ingredients and impeccable flavours that left us thoroughly impressed. Thank you also to his hardworking front of house team Marcus and Alex, and an up and coming Chef Bradley that he's training up in the kitchen and is putting him through a chefs course at college.

While every dish was exquisite, I must highlight a few personal favourites: the tender and flavoursome pig cheeks, the vibrant pesto Manzanilla olives, the aromatic and succulent smoking rosemary Iberico tenderloin, and the perfectly blistered Padron peppers. Honestly, everything was so moreish that it's difficult to choose just a few!

Most of the ingredients are sourced locally from R J Trevarthen, WestCountry - A Passion for Food and PYSK .

Thank you for an unforgettable dining experience. We are singing your praises and looking forward to our next visit.
